This page is reserved for a Seeed-validated guide to the JetPack 7.2 unified platform architecture. It will explain which installation and BSP workflows apply to Jetson Orin, which apply to Jetson Thor, and where the two platform families intentionally differ.

The planned guide will cover:

  • the unified ISO installation path introduced with Jetson Linux 39.2;
  • Orin and Thor installation, recovery, storage, and provisioning differences;
  • SBSA behavior and software portability considerations on Jetson Thor;
  • when to use an NVIDIA developer-kit workflow versus a Seeed product BSP;
  • validation checkpoints before deploying a common application across Orin and Thor.
